By recycling coconut shells in clean cooking charcoal, KGC aims to alleviate poverty, reduce deforestation and give an alternative reckless wood-charcoal consumption, also help improving waste management of urban and rural areas.
In collaboration with PSE a social NGO for child protection. KGC selects its workers among the most vulnerable families of Phnom Penh. Inspired by European Working Standards, ensures a fair salary and sends workers' children to school thanks to study programs implemented by the partner NGO.
